4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made according to the invoice terms.
Project work begins only after receiving the initial advance or full payment (as agreed).
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Korrelix Production fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Late payments may delay project delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Content
You retain ownership of content you provide (images, text, logos, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring you hold rights to this content.

Until the project is fully paid:
All designs, code, and creative content created by Korrelix Production remain our intellectual property.
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client (unless otherwise specified).
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. Social Media Marketing
For SMM services, you acknowledge that:
Results (followers, engagement, conversions) vary by industry and platform.
We do not guarantee specific growth metrics unless explicitly stated in a contract.
Misuse of social media platforms (spam, illegal content) may cause suspension, for which we are not responsible.
7. Website Development
Project scope includes only what is outlined in the agreement.
Additional features, integrations, or redesigns may require a new quote.
Korrelix Production is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or client-made changes after project delivery.
8. Revisions Policy
Each service includes a fixed number of revisions as stated in the project proposal.
Additional revisions are chargeable.
Revisions apply only to existing work, not new feature additions.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All information shared with Korrelix Production (business details, passwords, marketing plans, etc.) will remain confidential and used only for delivering services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Korrelix Production is not liable for:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Issues arising due to third-party services or client mismanagement.
Consequences of using platforms outside our control (Meta, Google, hosting services, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project or service if:
Payments are not made on time.
The client engages in abusive, unethical, or illegal behavior.
The client violates these Terms & Conditions.
Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
12. Changes to Terms
Korrelix Production may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
